Founded in 2023 in Nairobi, Kenya, LabX AI was born out of a simple observation: African businesses were being left behind in the AI revolution. While global corporations adopted cutting-edge automation, our local SMEs and microfinance institutions struggled with manual processes, lost leads, and overwhelmed support teams.
We knew we had to act. Our founding team—engineers, data scientists, and business strategists—came together with a shared mission: democratize AI for African businesses.
